Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 2+ years of experience in a data-focused, administrative, or support role within insurance, compliance, or a similar environment, such as:
    • Claims support or claims data entry
    • Policy administration
    • Database or records management
  • Strong attention to detail with a proven track record of maintaining high data accuracy
  • Experience with data entry, validation, and reporting processes
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets, Excel, and similar tools
  • Ability to manage high-volume work while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support claim reporting activities, encompassing the collection, validation, and assurance of reported data accuracy.
  • Perform high-volume data entry with a strong emphasis on accuracy and completeness
  • Ensure data integrity across claims systems by reviewing, auditing, and correcting key data fields
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies in partnership with adjusters and internal teams
  • Maintain and update claim records, ensuring all required fields are complete and aligned with company standards
  • Manage data-related task queues and meet defined SLAs
  • Support reporting needs by ensuring underlying data is accurate and reliable
  • Develop and document data processes and procedures to improve consistency and efficiency
  • Recommend improvements to workflows, reporting processes, and data quality controls
