REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in digital marketing activation across web, CRM-driven journeys, and campaign tracking
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce Campaigns and UTM frameworks
  • Strong understanding of digital customer journeys and CX design
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across regions and functions
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 years of marketing experience or above

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and enable end-to-end digital customer journeys using persona and segment insights across AMEE markets.
  • Act as a CX Champion for the region, ensuring consistent, high-quality digital experiences across channels.
  • Translate business and campaign objectives into structured digital journeys spanning email, web, QR, forms, and messaging platforms.
  • Build and maintain Salesforce campaign hierarchies, including creation and governance of UTM tracking for all digital tactics.
  • Ensure accurate attribution across regions, channels, and campaigns by applying enterprise campaign and UTM standards.
  • Partner with regional and dealer stakeholders to ensure campaigns are measurable from activation through reporting.
  • Support and coordinate Salesforce Marketing Cloud executions, including email builds, journeys, automations, and audience logic.
  • Enable and support regional nurture email programs, ensuring alignment with governance, configuration reviews, and data privacy requirements.
  • Work closely with global digital and platform teams to ensure correct setup and sustainable operations.
  • Serve as Martech lead for WhatsApp pilots and activations, including QR-based journeys and AI-assisted experiences.
  • Support journey design for user-initiated and outbound WhatsApp campaigns, aligned with consent, privacy, and CRM integration requirements.
  • Ensure WhatsApp journeys are fully tracked and integrated into Salesforce and reporting frameworks.
  • Work closely with regional marketing teams, dealers, and internal stakeholders to enable consistent digital execution across AMEE.
  • Act as a connector between marketing, technology, agencies, and platform owners.
  • Provide guidance and support on digital best practices, journey setup, and measurement.
  • Enable and leverage Power BI and Marketing Cloud dashboards to track campaign performance, database health, and subscriber sources.
  • Support regional reporting focused on engagement, data quality, and journey effectiveness.
  • Translate data into clear insights for regional marketing and leadership stakeholders.
