REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in Europe and GCC markets
- 360 recruitment experience specifically in technology sectors
- Strong client relations skills with proven ability to bring in new accounts
- Ability to multi-task and manage high volumes of recruitment effectively
- Strong organic sourcing ability without reliance on paid job boards
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive business development and manage client relationships across Europe and GCC markets
- Handle full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to closing for technology roles
- Manage high-volume recruitment across multiple concurrent projects
- Proactively work with client accounts to understand hiring needs
- Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and close positions efficiently
- Meet project deadlines and delivery targets consistently
