REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in Europe and GCC markets
  • 360 recruitment experience specifically in technology sectors
  • Strong client relations skills with proven ability to bring in new accounts
  • Ability to multi-task and manage high volumes of recruitment effectively
  • Strong organic sourcing ability without reliance on paid job boards

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive business development and manage client relationships across Europe and GCC markets
  • Handle full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to closing for technology roles
  • Manage high-volume recruitment across multiple concurrent projects
  • Proactively work with client accounts to understand hiring needs
  • Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and close positions efficiently
  • Meet project deadlines and delivery targets consistently
