REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare scheduling, workers’ compensation administration, or related fields
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a talent for explaining complex processes clearly
- Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with scheduling systems, claims management software, and MS Office applications
- Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity
- Demonstrated ability to manage stress and solve problems efficiently
- Experience working collaboratively across multiple departments or stakeholder groups
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Care Coordination: Schedule timely specialty medical services for injured workers, ensuring appropriate matching of patient needs with provider expertise
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate clear communication between insurance carriers, provider offices, attorney offices, and injured workers throughout the scheduling process
- Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional customer service to all parties while navigating complex scheduling requirements and authorization processes
- Documentation Precision: Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all scheduling activities within Enlyte’s systems, supporting seamless claims processing
- Compliance Adherence: Ensure all scheduling follows established protocols, authorization requirements, and regulatory guidelines
- Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, authorization issues, and client concerns to maintain service continuity
