Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical)
• .Minimum 3 years of experience in the design and estimation of fire-fighting systems.
• Experience working with fire protection codes (NFPA, BS, etc.) and local regulations.
• Familiarity with fire safety systems such as sprinkler systems, hydrants, fire alarm systems, CO2 suppression systems, etc.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of Fire Alarm system & fire-fighting system design & NFPA UAE FIRE CODE, and standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• System Design & Drafting:

Design and draft fire protection systems (wet/dry, hydrants, sprinklers, CO₂, foam) per NFPA and local codes. Create detailed layouts using AutoCAD, ensuring integration with other services. Assess site conditions and consult clients to meet project requirements.

• Estimation and Costing

Estimate fire-fighting system costs, perform quantity take-offs, assess material needs, and support procurement with supplier evaluation. Deliver timely, accurate cost reports with risk considerations.
