REQUIREMENTS
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Real Estate, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good written communication skills
- Reliable and able to manage your time independently
- Prior research or office experience is helpful but not required
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research property ownership and related entities
- Verify owner names, business entities, and contact details
- Cross-check information across public records and databases
- Organize and clean data in Excel and internal systems
- Identify missing or inconsistent information and flag issues
- Help the Acquisitions team build accurate lead lists for outreach
- Support reporting and data organization projects
