Data Product Manager Mentor

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• At least 7 years of industry experience or a master’s degree in a relevant field
• Technical competence in Statistical Foundations, Data Wrangling, Visualization, Product KPIs, and Data Modeling
• Understanding of Experiment Design (A/B Testing), product management frameworks (RICE), and Product Strategy
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Experience teaching technical concepts, public speaking, or organizing technical webinars
• Ability to work part-time as an external contractor

Preferred

• Graduate of a Udacity Nanodegree Program

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide technical support for students over an online community forum
• Answer questions around course content and facilitate learning for stuck students
• Host one weekly live virtual session to offer direct, real-time support
• Redirect learners to appropriate support channels and escalate issues to the Mentor Operations team
