REQUIREMENTS
- Excited to gain hands-on experience in business ops, sales support, or sports licensing.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
- Comfortable working with Google Workspace tools.
- Curious about CRMs like Monday.com (we’ll teach you!).
- Able to work independently in a remote setup.
- Strong communicator in writing and over Slack/Zoom.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enter and update client, order, and product information in our Monday CRM system.
- Double-check details and help fix anything that doesn’t look quite right.
- Clean up data after email campaigns and outreach efforts.
- Help build simple reports and summaries for different teams.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and ops to keep everything aligned and accurate.
- Take part in regular data check-ups and audits.
