REQUIREMENTS

• The Essentials: You are highly proficient in tSQL, Report Builder (RDL), and Advanced Excel.
• The Bonus Points: Experience with Power BI, Python, or Power Automate will put you at the top of our list.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM/ERP support or ticketing systems (Zendesk/Jira) is a plus.
• The Credentials: A degree in CS or IT, or certifications like CompTIA A+ or ITIL, are great, but your ability to solve problems is what matters most.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Modernizing Our Reports: You’ll take over critical month-end reporting and move us from manual pulls to automated brilliance.
• Querying & Building: Writing/updating tSQL queries and creating RDL reports in Report Builder.
• Excel Mastery: Managing complex spreadsheets and data snapshots like a pro.
• Innovating: Exploring new ways to use Macros and Copilot Agents to make our workflows faster and smarter.
