REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years of experience in customs clearance within the UAE.
• Must be highly proficient in Mirsal 2 and Dubai Trade platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Customs regulations, procedures, and documentation.
• Experience in processing import, export, transit, and customs clearance transactions.
• Ability to coordinate with Dubai Customs, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and other government authorities.
• Excellent understanding of HS Codes, customs declarations, duty and VAT requirements.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and submit customs declarations through Mirsal 2.
• Process customs transactions using Dubai Trade.
• Ensure all customs documentation complies with UAE regulations.
• Coordinate shipment clearance with shipping lines, transport companies, and customs authorities.
• Resolve customs-related issues and follow up until shipments are successfully cleared.
• Keep clients informed about shipment status and customs requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of all customs transactions.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable Dubai Customs laws and regulations.
