Online Reservation Agent

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in reservations, hospitality, or customer service
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Experience handling high-volume chat-based customer communication
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Proficient in MS Office and basic computer systems
• Availability to work weekends and public holidays

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle and confirm cake reservations via WhatsApp
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Collect and confirm custom cake order details (design, size, message, date, pickup/delivery)
• Coordinate with kitchen and delivery teams to ensure order accuracy
• Update, modify, or cancel reservations as required
• Maintain organized records of customer communications
• Manage urgent or last-minute changes efficiently
