REQUIREMENTS
- 1–3 years of customer support, customer service, or client-facing experience
- A natural communicator — warm, clear, and personable in writing
- Self-motivated and organized — you manage your time well and don’t need someone looking over your shoulder
- A problem-solver who genuinely enjoys helping people
- Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with a small, close-knit team
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and calls with warmth, speed, and genuine care
- Resolve order issues, shipping questions, returns, and product concerns — making it easy and stress-free for families
- Help customers find the right products for their kids and their budget
- Track common issues and share feedback with the team to help us keep improving
- Contribute to building out our support processes, FAQs, and documentation as we scale
- Be a genuine ambassador for our client’s brand — fun, helpful, and family-focused in every interaction
