Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluent in English and at least one additional language; bilingual candidates are highly preferred
  • Proven experience in customer support or call center environments, with a strong understanding of outbound calling techniques
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen actively and articulate solutions clearly
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry tools
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining professionalism
  • Familiarity with sales principles and client services strategies is a plus
  • Previous experience in handling cash transactions or performing analysis tasks is advantageous

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Assist clients with product or service questions, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints efficiently to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with clients, gather feedback, or promote relevant products or services
  • Manage data entry tasks accurately within customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Support client services by processing orders, returns, or account updates with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Analyze customer interactions to identify trends or areas for improvement, contributing to ongoing service enhancements
  • Handle cash transactions or payments when necessary, ensuring secure and accurate cash handling procedures
