Customer Support/Booking Agent
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as a booking agent, scheduler, or similar role, preferably in the maintenance, fitout, or renovation industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple bookings and schedules simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, booking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure, handle high volumes of inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in record-keeping and communication.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle inbound and outbound whatsapp, calls, emails, and online inquiries to book maintenance, fitout, and renovation services.
- Provide clients with detailed information about our services, pricing, and availability, ensuring clarity and transparency.
- Coordinate with the maintenance engineer
- Confirm bookings with clients and follow up to ensure appointments are kept and services are delivered as promised.
- Maintain accurate records of all bookings, customer interactions, and service requests using the company’s CRM system.
- Help to resolve any scheduling conflicts or issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and offering solutions in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support promotional campaigns and maximize booking opportunities.
- Continuously monitor and improve the booking process to enhance customer experience and streamline operations.
