Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a booking agent, scheduler, or similar role, preferably in the maintenance, fitout, or renovation industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple bookings and schedules simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, booking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work under pressure, handle high volumes of inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in record-keeping and communication.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle inbound and outbound whatsapp, calls, emails, and online inquiries to book maintenance, fitout, and renovation services.
  • Provide clients with detailed information about our services, pricing, and availability, ensuring clarity and transparency.
  • Coordinate with the maintenance engineer
  • Confirm bookings with clients and follow up to ensure appointments are kept and services are delivered as promised.
  • Maintain accurate records of all bookings, customer interactions, and service requests using the company’s CRM system.
  • Help to resolve any scheduling conflicts or issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and offering solutions in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support promotional campaigns and maximize booking opportunities.
  • Continuously monitor and improve the booking process to enhance customer experience and streamline operations.
