Customer Success & Support Coordinator
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
· Loves organization and thrives in a fast-paced environment
· Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Can manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail
· Is proactive, dependable, and highly organized
· Works well independently and as part of a collaborative team
Preferred
· 2 or more years Customer service or account management coordination
· Ticket and packaged support coordination
· Experience with CRM, help desk, or ticketing systems
· Experience with software development or Claris FileMaker is a plus, but not required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Coordinating incoming customer requests and ensuring work is assigned appropriately
· Scheduling meetings and managing follow-up activities
· Monitoring ticket progress and helping remove roadblocks
· Supporting customer onboarding, renewals, and ongoing relationships
· Maintaining accurate documentation, reports, and department records
· Assisting with recruiting, onboarding, and coordinating internal team activities
