REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in a Customer Success, Support, or Onboarding role, preferably in SaaS or CRM platforms.
- Comfortable explaining technical setups (like WhatsApp API and CRM connections) to non-technical users.
- Strong communication skills (English and Hindi preferred).
- Ability to handle multiple accounts, track follow-ups, and stay organized.
- A proactive, helpful, and patient approach with users.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with CRM tools or WhatsApp Business API.
- Understanding of sales or marketing teams’ workflows.
- Background in onboarding SMB or agency customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Onboard new customers – Set up their CRM and WhatsApp API accounts, ensure smooth activation.
- Train users – Guide customers through features like auto lead sync, task management, WhatsApp workflows, and more.
- Support adoption – Monitor how customers are using the platform and help them get the most out of it.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues – Be proactive in addressing customer concerns via call, chat, or email.
- Collect feedback – Work closely with the product team to share customer insights and feature requests.
- Build relationships – Be a trusted advisor who customers turn to for help and best practices.
