REQUIREMENTS

  • Prior client facing account management business travel experience required
  • Global mindset with the ability to communicate proactively and foster positive business relationships
  • Sales perspective with willingness to dig into technical details when needed
  • Analytical skills and the ability to suggest ways to improve processes

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the onboarding activities for new clients with the objective to drive speed-to-revenue
  • Support clients’ desired outcomes through advice, education, and digital resources
  • Identify growth and expansion opportunities, and work to expand client user engagement
  • Work with clients to create a plan that aligns with their overall strategy
  • Coordinate communication between GetGoing/BCD Travel and clients
  • Be responsible for the profitability and organic growth of your client portfolio
