REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making confidently
  • Proven experience in B2B (business-to-business) sales, telemarketing, or technology sales environments
  • Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data and sales pipelines
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
  • Demonstrated success in inside sales, outbound calling, and business development activities
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques to effectively generate leads and warm calling opportunities
  • Customer service orientation with a focus on building rapport and delivering exceptional client experiences

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective members using warm calling techniques to generate interest and set appointments
  • Engage potential clients with compelling communication, clearly articulating the benefits of membership and addressing their needs effectively
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update lead information, and manage follow-up activities efficiently
  • Negotiate membership terms and close sales by overcoming objections and demonstrating value through persuasive sales techniques
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to identify target audiences and refine outreach strategies for maximum engagement
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions, ensuring positive experiences that foster trust
  • Follow up with leads consistently to nurture relationships, increase conversion rates, and meet sales targets
