REQUIREMENTS
- Prior client facing account management business travel experience required
- Global mindset with the ability to communicate proactively and foster positive business relationships
- Sales perspective with willingness to dig into technical details when needed
- Analytical skills and the ability to suggest ways to improve processes
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the onboarding activities for new clients with the objective to drive speed-to-revenue
- Support clients’ desired outcomes through advice, education, and digital resources
- Identify growth and expansion opportunities, and work to expand client user engagement
- Work with clients to create a plan that aligns with their overall strategy
- Coordinate communication between GetGoing/BCD Travel and clients
- Be responsible for the profitability and organic growth of your client portfolio
