Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Preferred
- Experience with CRM software
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Time management and organizational skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Handle order processing, tracking, and returns/refunds
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when necessary
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times
