Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Friendly, patient, and professional approach
  • Comfortable speaking with customers by phone and video
  • Organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, or administrative experience is a plus but not required

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Welcome new customers and guide them through the onboarding process
  • Explain products, services, and next steps in a clear, easy-to-understand way
  • Answer questions by phone, email, text, or video
  • Help customers complete required forms or account setup
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions when applicable
  • Follow up to ensure customers have a positive onboarding experience
  • Document customer interactions accurately in company systems
  • Work closely with team members to provide a smooth customer experience
