Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong communication and people skills
- Friendly, patient, and professional approach
- Comfortable speaking with customers by phone and video
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, or administrative experience is a plus but not required
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome new customers and guide them through the onboarding process
- Explain products, services, and next steps in a clear, easy-to-understand way
- Answer questions by phone, email, text, or video
- Help customers complete required forms or account setup
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions when applicable
- Follow up to ensure customers have a positive onboarding experience
- Document customer interactions accurately in company systems
- Work closely with team members to provide a smooth customer experience
