REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years of customer service experience (phone-based preferred)
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Confident in handling live calls, de-escalations, and dispatching
  • Comfortable navigating multiple software systems
  • Reliable wired internet connection and a working laptop/desktop

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the primary weekend contact for a single client account
  • Handle inbound/outbound phone calls and chat interactions
  • Confidently manage customer concerns and de-escalation situations
  • Schedule appointments and perform dispatching duties accurately
  • Document interactions clearly and work independently, escalating when needed
  • Complete weekday training shifts during onboarding
