REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of customer service experience (phone-based preferred)
- Excellent English communication skills
- Confident in handling live calls, de-escalations, and dispatching
- Comfortable navigating multiple software systems
- Reliable wired internet connection and a working laptop/desktop
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the primary weekend contact for a single client account
- Handle inbound/outbound phone calls and chat interactions
- Confidently manage customer concerns and de-escalation situations
- Schedule appointments and perform dispatching duties accurately
- Document interactions clearly and work independently, escalating when needed
- Complete weekday training shifts during onboarding
