REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent English and French language skills
- A customer-first mindset and strong communication skills
- A positive, open, and team-oriented attitude
- Interest in working in an international and multicultural environment
- Basic digital skills and openness to learning new tools
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but definitely not a must
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support customers via phone, chat, and email in a friendly and professional way
- Help solve questions and find the best possible solutions
- Communicate fluently in English and French
- Work closely with your team and other departments
- Share feedback and ideas to continuously improve the customer experience
- Use modern customer service tools and systems to manage customer interactions effectively
