REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluent English and French language skills
  • A customer-first mindset and strong communication skills
  • A positive, open, and team-oriented attitude
  • Interest in working in an international and multicultural environment
  • Basic digital skills and openness to learning new tools
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but definitely not a must

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support customers via phone, chat, and email in a friendly and professional way
  • Help solve questions and find the best possible solutions
  • Communicate fluently in English and French
  • Work closely with your team and other departments
  • Share feedback and ideas to continuously improve the customer experience
  • Use modern customer service tools and systems to manage customer interactions effectively
