RESPONSIBILITIES

* Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to a growing and high performing market.
* Monitor market trends to identify new opportunities and drive business growth.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders.
* Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance of the team.
* Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
* Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to senior management (CXO).
* Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service offerings and client satisfaction.
