REQUIREMENTS

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Operations Analyst, or similar role, ideally in an agency, consultancy, or professional services environment
• Strong comfort with time-based billing models and utilization tracking
• High attention to detail with the ability to spot anomalies quickly
• Confidence communicating with team members to resolve data issues without friction
• Solid analytical thinking — you don’t just report numbers, you question them
• Experience working with spreadsheets, dashboards, and basic reporting tools

Nice-to-Have

• Experience supporting digital performance reporting (web, analytics, social, media)
• Familiarity with agency project management or time tracking tools
• Comfort working in early-stage or evolving operational environments
• Interest in helping shape internal processes, not just follow them

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review and validate team time entries on a weekly basis, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with project expectations
• Identify missing, misallocated, or inconsistent entries and coordinate directly with team members to resolve them efficiently
• Reconcile time data against client billing structures and internal budgets, flagging discrepancies or risks as they arise
• Produce concise, lightweight summaries of utilization, billable vs. non-billable time, and project burn for leadership
• Support basic performance reporting (e.g., website or social) by compiling and summarizing existing data into clear, readable outputs
• Maintain simple documentation of corrections or recurring issues to improve consistency over time
• Suggest small, practical improvements when patterns or inefficiencies become obvious
