REQUIREMENTS
- Has excellent written English and communication skills.
- Is highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Enjoys reading and working with digital content.
- Is comfortable using online platforms and basic computer applications.
- Can manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Works independently and takes initiative.
- Has experience with content management, publishing, editing, or digital marketing (preferred but not required).
Experience with any of the following is a plus:
- Social media content management
- SEO and digital publishing
- Proofreading or copy editing
- Book publishing or digital media
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review submitted books, articles, and other digital content.
- Upload PDFs, book covers, and related materials to the platform.
- Verify titles, descriptions, categories, pricing, and author information.
- Ensure content follows our publishing guidelines.
- Format and organize content for publication.
- Communicate with authors regarding revisions or missing information.
- Assist with featured content, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Help maintain an organized and high-quality digital library.
- Support day-to-day content management and administrative tasks.
