REQUIREMENTS
- Military Member, Veteran, Spouse, Dependent, or Relative Preferred: We value those who understand the military ethos.

- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with various software programs, quick learning ability, and skill in managing files and data in document management systems.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitoring systems to help identify VA payments to clients
- Matching deposits to appropriate documents in client files
- Assisting with tasking attorneys and case managers to initiate billing processes
- Supporting coordination with the business office for timely issuance of bills
- Providing assistance with client billing inquiries
- Following established billing and collections procedures
