REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree required, with a strong interest in the real estate industry and a desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities accurately.
• Strong analytical skills, including advanced proficiency in Excel and database tools, and exceptional written communication abilities.
• Demonstrated interest in analyzing real estate using data, consumer research, and demographic analysis, with a high standard of excellence in all deliverables.
• Knowledge of economic analysis, market research methodologies, and creative problem-solving techniques.
• Two to four years of professional experience in real estate, finance, valuation, appraisal, market research, or a related field.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of assignments.
• Demonstrated integrity and ethical judgment.
• Willingness and ability to travel by car or plane, including occasional overnight travel, up to approximately 40% of the time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conducting market research and analyzing housing data trends for custom real estate consulting and writing reports with strong, supportable conclusions.
• Researching our proprietary consumer research and design databases and applying appropriate insight to individual consulting assignments.
• Analyzing demographic research and trends in the context of specific consulting assignments.
• Participate in the project management process (depending on experience level), including the planning, initiation, execution, monitoring, and closing consulting engagements.
