Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Comfortable and confident on the phone — you don’t mind calling people about money
  • Persistent and hard to brush off, but professional and easy to deal with
  • Organized enough to manage a list of accounts and stay on top of follow-ups
  • Self-driven and motivated by hitting targets
  • US-based and authorized to work in the US

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Call clients with overdue balances and collect what they owe
  • Stay on top of who owes what, and follow up until it’s paid
  • Work out payment timelines when needed (with approval) while keeping clients happy
  • Keep our receivables current and flag accounts that go quiet
  • Track your calls, payment promises, and what’s been collected
