REQUIREMENTS
– Experience with GoHighLevel
– Experience with CRM automation and workflow building
– Understanding of AI tools and business automation
– Strong problem-solving skills
– Ability to work independently
– Excellent communication skills
– Reliable internet connection and availability
Preferred
– Experience with Make.com, Zapier, or API integrations
– Experience with AI chatbots or voice AI
– Experience working in marketing agencies
– Knowledge of lead generation and sales funnels
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Build and manage GoHighLevel client accounts
– Create AI SMS and email automation campaigns
– Configure appointment booking systems
– Set up pipelines, opportunities, and CRM workflows
– Build landing pages and forms
– Integrate third-party software and APIs
– Deploy AI receptionist and conversational AI systems
– Troubleshoot automation issues
– Monitor campaign performance and improve results
– Assist with onboarding new clients
– Document systems and processes
