REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in a similar role, supervising teams of up to 5 staff.
• A supportive leader with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with the ability to assist in driving sales, wage targets, and shrinkage KPIs in line with budgets.
• An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
• Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with Leadership to build an effective and profitable portfolio.
• Create an elevated in-store experience through every customer interaction.
• Motivate and mentor the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators.
• Empower the team through ongoing training and collaboration.
• Drive operational excellence, manage rosters, and business reporting.
