Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable using computers, apps, and scheduling systems
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Self-motivated and dependable in a remote environment
  • Experience with administrative work, scheduling, customer service, or social media is preferred
  • Experience with invoicing or bookkeeping is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage scheduling and appointment coordination
  • Confirm upcoming appointments with customers
  • Follow up with customers after services
  • Assist with invoicing and payment tracking
  • Reconcile invoices and basic administrative reporting
  • Respond to customer inquiries through phone, text, email, and social media
  • Help manage and post content on social media platforms
  • Coordinate with cleaners and internal team members
  • Maintain organized customer records and notes
  • Assist with general day-to-day operations support
