Client Success & Operations Coordinator
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using computers, apps, and scheduling systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Self-motivated and dependable in a remote environment
- Experience with administrative work, scheduling, customer service, or social media is preferred
- Experience with invoicing or bookkeeping is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage scheduling and appointment coordination
- Confirm upcoming appointments with customers
- Follow up with customers after services
- Assist with invoicing and payment tracking
- Reconcile invoices and basic administrative reporting
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, text, email, and social media
- Help manage and post content on social media platforms
- Coordinate with cleaners and internal team members
- Maintain organized customer records and notes
- Assist with general day-to-day operations support
