REQUIREMENTS
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
- Experience conducting discovery calls or client consultations
- Professional and confident communication with business clients
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to explain processes clearly and guide clients step by step
- Experience using CRM systems or client management platforms preferred
- Comfortable working in a remote environment
Preferred Experience
- Customer success or client onboarding roles
- Sales support or business development support roles
- Experience working with software, consulting, or service based companies
- Experience using tools such as CRM platforms, scheduling tools, or project management systems
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Client Discovery and Initial Engagement
- Conduct scheduled discovery calls with prospective clients to understand their business needs and requirements. Provide a clear overview of our services, process, and engagement model.
