REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Experience conducting discovery calls or client consultations
  • Professional and confident communication with business clients
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Ability to explain processes clearly and guide clients step by step
  • Experience using CRM systems or client management platforms preferred
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment

Preferred Experience

  • Customer success or client onboarding roles
  • Sales support or business development support roles
  • Experience working with software, consulting, or service based companies
  • Experience using tools such as CRM platforms, scheduling tools, or project management systems

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Client Discovery and Initial Engagement
  • Conduct scheduled discovery calls with prospective clients to understand their business needs and requirements. Provide a clear overview of our services, process, and engagement model.
  • Client Onboarding Coordination
