Client Relationship Officer /Sales Team Leader

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
• Experience in sales and team handling
• Target-oriented and self-motivated personality
• Ability to handle clients professionally
• Knowledge of CRM and sales reporting preferred
• UAE experience in sales/corporate services is an advantage

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle and manage the daily activities of the sales team
• Assign sales targets and monitor team performance regularly
• Generate new business opportunities and convert leads into sales
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and corporate customers
• Ensure proper follow-up with all inquiries and existing clients
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and sales discussions
• Support the sales team in closing deals and achieving monthly targets
• Train, guide, and motivate team members to improve sales performance
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and service explanations for clients
• Coordinate with operations and other departments for smooth client processing
• Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems regularly
• Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve client issues professionally
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management
• Identify market opportunities and competitor activities
• Ensure discipline, attendance, and professional conduct within the sales team
• Achieve both individual and team revenue targets
