Client Relationship Officer /Sales Team Leader

REQUIREMENTS
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
- Experience in sales and team handling
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality
- Ability to handle clients professionally
- Knowledge of CRM and sales reporting preferred
- UAE experience in sales/corporate services is an advantage
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle and manage the daily activities of the sales team
- Assign sales targets and monitor team performance regularly
- Generate new business opportunities and convert leads into sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and corporate customers
- Ensure proper follow-up with all inquiries and existing clients
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and sales discussions
- Support the sales team in closing deals and achieving monthly targets
- Train, guide, and motivate team members to improve sales performance
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and service explanations for clients
- Coordinate with operations and other departments for smooth client processing
- Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems regularly
- Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve client issues professionally
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management
- Identify market opportunities and competitor activities
- Ensure discipline, attendance, and professional conduct within the sales team
- Achieve both individual and team revenue targets
