Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Relationship-focused and consultative mindset
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-style environment
  • Experience in B2B sales, client relations, account management, or business development
  • MUST have CRM tool experience; Go High Level experience is a strong plus
  • Passion for wellness, beauty, spa, and esthetics industries
  • Comfortable with travel and attending networking events
  • Self-starter with strong follow-through and problem-solving skills
  • Social media savvy, especially on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook groups
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple markets and event timelines

Preferred

  • Spa, esthetics, wellness, beauty, or event industry experience
  • Community management or membership-based organization experience
  • Event coordination or tradeshow experience
  • Cold outreach and lead generation experience
  • Experience building professional relationships online and in person

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and maintain relationships with spas, estheticians, wellness professionals, and industry partners
  • Conduct outreach via phone calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook groups
  • Identify and connect with potential attendees in event regions
  • Maintain ongoing communication with leads, attendees, and partners
  • Serve as a professional and positive representative of our client
  • Research and identify spas, med spas, estheticians, and wellness businesses in target markets
  • Update and maintain accurate contact information within CRM systems
  • Assist with attendee recruitment and event participation growth
  • Follow up with past attendees and inactive contacts
  • Help generate partnerships, collaborations, sponsorship leads, and referral opportunities
  • Track outreach efforts, lead engagement, and communication activity
  • Engage authentically within Facebook groups, LinkedIn, and industry communities
  • Support networking conversations and online relationship building
  • Assist with social outreach and community engagement strategies
  • Identify local networking opportunities and industry trends
  • Support regional event promotion and attendee coordination
  • Travel to industry events and networking opportunities as needed
  • Help create a welcoming attendee experience before, during, and after events
  • Assist with on-site relationship management and brand representation
  • Maintain and organize CRM databases
  • Manage lead tracking, follow-ups, and communication schedules
  • Keep attendee and partner records updated and organized
  • Utilize CRM systems effectively (Go High Level experience is a plus)
