Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of consultative sales experience (legal sales experience preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a client pipeline and meet conversion goals
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms; experience with Clio and Lawmatics strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office 365
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to accurate record keeping
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; consultative, empathetic approach
  • Experience creating or maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Self-motivated and organized with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Experience in a law firm or professional services environment is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct consultations with prospective clients to understand their legal needs and explain how the firm can help
  • Guide prospects through the intake, consultation, and onboarding process
  • Maintain consistent follow-up to move prospects through the pipeline
  • Convert assigned PNCs into retained clients and contribute to team conversion goals
  • Conduct offboarding communications with clients upon matter completion/termination, ensuring a professional and positive close to the client relationship
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all prospective clients in the firm’s systems
  • Collaborate with other members of the client relations team, marketing team and legal team to ensure a seamless client experience from intake through onboarding
  • Track performance metrics related to lead conversion and client satisfaction using CRM tools
