Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, client support, account coordination, office administration, project coordination, business operations, or administrative support.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple assignments while meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems, and virtual collaboration tools.

Preferred

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience working in consulting, professional services, financial services, business operations, or account management.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Experience coordinating client accounts or supporting project teams.
  • Previous remote work experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries through phone, email, and virtual communication platforms.
  • Build strong, professional relationships by delivering responsive and personalized service.
  • Provide timely updates regarding projects, services, and ongoing client requests.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams while maintaining clear communication with clients.

Partnership Coordination

  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new clients and ensure a smooth transition into company services.
  • Schedule meetings, virtual consultations, and follow-up appointments.
  • Monitor client requests to ensure timely completion and resolution.
  • Maintain regular communication to support long-term client satisfaction and retention.

Administrative Operations

  • Maintain accurate client records, contracts, and electronic documentation.
  • Perform data entry and update CRM systems with account activities.
  • Prepare reports, meeting agendas, correspondence, and project documentation.
  • Track client milestones, deadlines, and follow-up activities.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal departments to coordinate project updates and client deliverables.
  • Assist with workflow planning and operational improvement initiatives.
  • Support special projects and administrative assignments as needed.
  • Contribute ideas that improve client service and internal processes.
