  • High confidence using computers and cloud-based software
  • Comfortable switching between multiple platforms throughout the day
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under firm deadlines
  • Professional handling of confidential information

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Communicate with clients via email, portal messages, and phone
  • Request required documents and signatures and follow up as needed
  • Provide clear status updates (no tax advice required)
  • Coordinate document drop-offs, pickups, and deliveries
  • Monitor dashboards and task queues daily
  • Create, update, and close tasks according to firm procedures
  • Schedule meetings and create calendar invites
  • Organize and upload client documents in firm systems
  • Prepare and send client delivery packets
  • Upload completed files and acceptance confirmations to portals
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records
  • Work across multiple software platforms
  • Send e-signature forms and track completion
  • Monitor submission statuses and communicate issues internally
  • Learn new system updates
