- Strong client coordination and follow-up skills
- High confidence using computers and cloud-based software
- Comfortable switching between multiple platforms throughout the day
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under firm deadlines
- Professional handling of confidential information
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicate with clients via email, portal messages, and phone
- Request required documents and signatures and follow up as needed
- Provide clear status updates (no tax advice required)
- Coordinate document drop-offs, pickups, and deliveries
- Monitor dashboards and task queues daily
- Create, update, and close tasks according to firm procedures
- Schedule meetings and create calendar invites
- Organize and upload client documents in firm systems
- Prepare and send client delivery packets
- Upload completed files and acceptance confirmations to portals
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records
- Work across multiple software platforms
- Send e-signature forms and track completion
- Monitor submission statuses and communicate issues internally
- Learn new system updates
