Channel Sales Manager
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- 7-10 years of experience working with channel partners to develop programs
- Expertise in security, networking, software, or enterprise industries
- Proven experience with partner onboarding, agreement creation, and reporting
- Strong executive-level communication and engagement skills
- Ability to create structure out of abstract ideas and concepts
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-stress environments
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop a partner program strategy to drive engagement from reseller and referral partners
- Work with channel operations to establish frameworks for tracking engagement, status, and compliance
- Define the partner lifecycle and key engagement points at each stage
- Identify new markets and partners to scale regional presence
- Collaborate with large partners to build customized sales programs
- Work cross-functionally with sales, support, product management, finance, and legal to ensure business alignment
- Partner with sales enablement and marketing to create enablement and communication plans
- Develop and execute New Partner Agreements across AMS, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM regions
