Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • 7-10 years of experience working with channel partners to develop programs
  • Expertise in security, networking, software, or enterprise industries
  • Proven experience with partner onboarding, agreement creation, and reporting
  • Strong executive-level communication and engagement skills
  • Ability to create structure out of abstract ideas and concepts
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-stress environments

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop a partner program strategy to drive engagement from reseller and referral partners
  • Work with channel operations to establish frameworks for tracking engagement, status, and compliance
  • Define the partner lifecycle and key engagement points at each stage
  • Identify new markets and partners to scale regional presence
  • Collaborate with large partners to build customized sales programs
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, support, product management, finance, and legal to ensure business alignment
  • Partner with sales enablement and marketing to create enablement and communication plans
  • Develop and execute New Partner Agreements across AMS, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM regions
