Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- 0–2 years of experience in change management, business analysis, communications, training, or project support roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear, user‑friendly content.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work collaboratively with business and project teams in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or SharePoint is a plus.
- Foundational understanding of change management principles and interest in structured methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR.
- Basic knowledge of insurance operations (underwriting, policy administration, billing, or claims) preferred.
RESPONSIBILTIES
- Assist in documenting change impacts across business processes, systems, and roles, and support readiness tracking and stakeholder identification.
- Support stakeholder engagement efforts by maintaining stakeholder lists, coordinating meetings, and assisting with change network activities.
- Assist in developing and distributing communications, including project updates, announcements, and FAQs, ensuring clarity and consistency.
- Support training initiatives by coordinating sessions, maintaining training schedules, and organizing training materials and job aids.
- Track adoption metrics such as training completion, engagement levels, and feedback to identify potential risks and support adoption strategies.
- Maintain organizational change management (OCM) documentation, including impact assessments, communication plans, and training materials.
- Support coordination of OCM activities across project teams to ensure alignment with timelines and objectives.
