Call Agent/New Patient Coordinator
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Prior dental experience in customer service, sales, & dental medical office coordination is a plus.
- Strong phone etiquette and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Comfortable with technology, including CRM systems and scheduling software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A friendly, approachable, and compassionate demeanor.
- Passion for wellness and a genuine desire to help others.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high call volume.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contact leads and prospective patients via phone, email, and text to schedule initial consultations and appointments.
- Provide information about our services, treatment options, and office protocols in a clear and friendly manner.
- Assist new patients with completing necessary forms and pre-appointment tasks.
- Follow up with patients to confirm appointments, answer questions, and offer reminders as needed.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all communications with leads and patients in our CRM system.
- Work closely with the scheduling team to ensure smooth patient flow and effective appointment scheduling.
- Ensure each patient feels valued, comfortable, and excited about their visit to our office.
- Foster a positive first impression and contribute to a welcoming office environment.
- Make nearly 100 calls per day, ensuring consistent outreach to potential new patients.
