REQUIREMENTS
- Must have experience with LCP Tracker.
- Strong knowledge of California prevailing wage laws, including related labor standards and legal requirements.
- Experience with compliance management systems, payroll auditing, and recordkeeping best practices.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple audits simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Research skills to stay informed about evolving legal standards and industry trends affecting wage compliance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review project contracts, wage determinations, and related documentation to verify prevailing wage requirements are correctly applied.
- Conduct comprehensive audits of payroll records, timesheets, and employee classifications to ensure accurate wage payments in accordance with California regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and labor representatives to resolve wage discrepancies promptly and effectively.
- Stay current on updates to California prevailing wage laws, regulations, and industry best practices by engaging in ongoing research and training.
- Prepare detailed reports on compliance status, audit findings, and corrective actions for internal review and regulatory agencies.
