CAD Architect

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

1. Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
2. Knowledge of Revit / SketchUp / BIM tools (preferred)
3. Strong understanding of architectural detailing & construction methods
4. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
5. Knowledge of UAE construction / fit-out standards (advantage)

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Prepare detailed architectural drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings
2. Develop 2D and 3D CAD models using AutoCAD and related software
3. Interpret architectural sketches, concept designs, and BOQs
4. Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and site teams for design accuracy
5. Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, authority standards, and codes
6. Revise drawings based on client/consultant comments
7. Support fit-out, interior, and joinery detailing works
