Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 5+ years of experience in design.
• Proven track record in luxury residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD (2D drafting).
• Proficiency in 3D modelling software such as ArchiCAD, SketchUp, or 3ds Max.
• Strong ability to integrate architectural and interior design disciplines.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee all architectural and interior design aspects from concept to implementation, ensuring design coherence across spaces.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing meetings, gathering feedback, and refining designs.
• Lead space planning, material selection, and FF&E to ensure functional and aesthetic solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, consultants, and third-party vendors for seamless execution.
• Manage architectural drawings, visualizations, and ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.
• Develop project timelines, provide regular updates, and supervise on-site progress.
• Mentor junior designers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
