Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in business setup consultancy, corporate services, PRO services, or related fields is preferred.
• Basic understanding of UAE Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company formation processes.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain professional client relationships.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an advantage.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, digital channels, and direct outreach.
• Advise clients on company formation options, licensing requirements, and business setup procedures in the UAE.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable business setup solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements for prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and government authorities.
• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
