REQUIREMENTS

1–4 years of experience in Business Setup, Corporate Services, Sales, or Business Consulting.

Fluent in Russian and English (spoken and written). Good knowledge of UAE Mainland and Free Zone company formation processes.

Experience in both B2B and B2C sales environments. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Preferred;

Experience in UAE corporate services or business setup industry.

Existing network within the Russian-speaking business community is an advantage. Knowledge of UAE licensing and visa processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Advise clients on UAE business setup options, including Mainland and Free Zone company formation.

Generate and manage leads through B2B and B2C sales channels.

Conduct consultations with prospective clients and understand their business requirements.

Present suitable business setup solutions and service packages.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.

Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into successful business opportunities. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets. Stay updated on UAE business regulations, licensing requirements, and market trends.
